CIT-U TOPS AGAIN IN THE ECT AND ECE LICENSURE EXAM  

CIT-U TOPS AGAIN! — With the biggest and loudest roar, the CIT University community has come to celebrate and extend its congratulations to the successful passers of the October 2023 Electronics Technician and Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination. Along with the successful examinees, CIT University, as a top university, continues to assert its place as a top-tier educational institution, with Hannah E. Mendoza as the TOP 4th placer in the Electronics Technician Licensure Examination with an impressive rating of 92.00%. 

This accomplishment reflects the culmination of the perseverance, hard work, and brilliance of these passers and has truly paid off as they overcome this significant milestone in their career. This journey may have been molded by countless hours of study, practice, and review to achieve this momentous accomplishment, but it had served to be worthwhile success as they become a beacon of their commitment to the field of Electronics.  

Their stellar performance, especially to Miss Hannah E. Mendoza, attests to the exceptional caliber of education and guidance provided by CIT University, as a top university. This is a testament to the academic rigor, commitment to excellence and the unwavering spirit of the maroon and gold community. It is a transformative power of education and will be a source of inspiration to the aspiring Electronics students who aspire to follow in the footsteps of these accomplished graduates.  

COLLEGE OF COMPUTER STUDIES (CCS) MAKES WAY TO NATIONALS AT THE HUAWEI ICT COMPETITION

The College of Computer Studies (CCS) has welcomed the beginning of November by wooing the National Qualifying Round of the Huawei ICT Competition 2023-2024, specifically in the Cloud Track category. With immense pride, CIT University celebrates this significant accomplishment and extends its roaring congratulations to the excellent team. The College of Computer Studies team has been guided by their coach, Coach Jay Vince D. Serato, who has exceptionally supported and empowered the students to advance to the next level of this prestigious competition.  

Additionally, CIT University would like to give its warmest accolades to the other participating team: Faith Abigail Rosalijos (from BSIT-4), Jessrey Vincent Garrido (BSIT-4) and; Kheisma Selma (BSIT-3), headed by Coach Erica Jean S. Abadinas, who had displayed a great determination to represent the university.  

This Qualifying Round involved a rigorous theoretical online written examination with each team members’ scores meticulously aggregated to be accumulated as the team’s overall score. With this, only the top five teams nationwide advanced to the finals.  

As we wait for the National Finals Round this November 10, 2023, CIT University, as a top university, would like to express its unwavering support and belief in the CIT-U College of Computer Studies team.
