Online Enrollment Procedure (College)

Fill out the admission application at this link: cituweb.pinnacle.com.ph/aims/applicants/. As an initial step, you will be asked to provide your own Username and Password.
NOTE: For new applicant and applicants who have not completed the requirements, proceed to clicking the APPLY button right away.

When Profile Verification box displays, College applicants must select BACCALAUREATE option at the Department drop-down list.

When prompted, submit enrollment documents through the link provided at Step 1.

Wait for the application confirmation that will be sent through the applicant portal within 3 working days. This message confirms whether you will proceed to enrollment or take an entrance examination instead. The application fee is at Php500.00.
NOTE: Application submitted after office hours, weekends, and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

When instructed, pay the enrollment fee of Php1000.00. Payment may be done online or onsite following the instruction provided in Step 4.
NOTE: Once payment is credited, the student portal https://cituweb.pinnacle.com.ph/aims/students/ displays your enrollment confirmation message, study load, and Learning Management System account. For returnees, email to eto@cit.edu the following details: full name, ID number (if available), program, and year level.

Payment Reminders:

  • Successful payments made through Dragonpay will be credited within 24 hours.
  • Payments made through other payment channels (not paid through Dragonpay) will be validated within 5-7 working days upon submission of the proof of payment.
  • Moreover, payments NOT made through Dragonpay require submission of Proof of Payment.
  • Once payment is made or account is settled, submit your proof of payment through this link: bit.ly/SendPaymentProof

On-site Enrollment Procedure

For those who prefer onsite enrollment, please fill out the application form in this link cituweb.pinnacle.com.ph/aims/applicants/ before you proceed onsite. 

New Students

Submit your admission requirements at the Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS) located at the ground floor of the Don Rodolfo T. Lizares Building

Fill out the registration information at the OAS.

Encode your selected subjects at the Enrollment Technical Office (ETO) located at the RTL Building.

Pay the application and enrollment fees at the Finance and Accounting Office

Process your student ID at the ETO.

Transferees

Submit your admission requirements at the Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS) located at the ground floor of the Don Rodolfo T. Lizares Building

Fill out the registration information at the OAS.

Proceed to the College/Department for Evaluation.

Encode your selected subjects at the Enrollment Technical Office (ETO).

Pay the application and enrollment fees at the Finance and Accounting Office.

Process your student ID at the ETO.

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (except on holidays)
