The Safety and Security Department (SSD) is committed to providing a safe, secure, and orderly campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The department implements safety and security measures, manages emergency preparedness and response, and promotes a culture of awareness, prevention, and preparedness across the school community.

Campus Entry

Facilitates authorized and controlled entry into the campus for approved individuals and activities.

Students, employees, visitors, and campus stakeholders

Requirements
Approval from the Vice President for Administration (VPA)

How to Avail
Send an email request for campus entry to the VPA, with the SSD copied in the email.

Processing Time
3–5 days before the scheduled activity/event

Security Details for School Activities

Provides security support for school activities and events.

School units, event organizers, and campus stakeholders

Approved activity details and schedule

How to Avail
Coordinate with the SSD for security arrangements and requirements.

Parking Accommodation

Facilitates the issuance of parking stickers and provides assistance with campus parking arrangements.

Eligible students, employees, and authorized campus stakeholders

Requirements
Updated OR/CR; Driver’s License; Study Load; Proof of Enrollment (Basic Education, when applicable)

How to Avail
Submit an online application and the required documents for verification.

Incident Investigation

Conducts investigation and appropriate response to reported safety and security incidents within the campus.

Students, employees, visitors, and other stakeholders involved in or reporting an incident

Requirements
Relevant incident details, information, and supporting documents or evidence, when applicable

How to Avail
Report the incident to the SSD and provide the necessary information for assessment and investigation

Processing Time
Depends on the nature and complexity of the incident

CCTV Monitoring

Conducts investigation and appropriate response to reported safety and security incidents within the campus.

Who Can Avail
Provides CCTV monitoring and footage review to support campus safety, security, and incident investigation.

Requirements
Students, employees, and authorized campus stakeholders

How to Avail
Valid reason for the request and relevant incident details; authorization may be required

Processing Time
Depends on the nature and complexity of the incident
