The excited roars of returning Wildcats are heard all throughout the spaces in Cebu Institute of Technology – University as we opened another school year 2023-2024.
We welcomed the Wildcats as we welcomed family members back home from a very long journey, where love and comfort remains.
The message remains to be an invitation to continue to nurture the culture of excellence, integrity, teamwork, and universality. In this home, Wildcats can trust that they will be taken cared of, nurtured, and built up.

CIT TOPS AGAIN!
The CIT University congratulates the topnotchers in the Capital Market Investment Teaching Accreditation Program (CMITAP) from CIT University’s College of Management, Business and Accountancy.
Out of the 23 participants from different colleges and universities nationwide, four of CIT University’s representatives made it to the top. Ms. Grace Caroline H. Baquero, a faculty member and program coordinator of the Department of Public Administration topped the accreditation examination. Mrs. Jinky R. Delantar and Mr. Gensbergh G. Rago are the second placers. Also awarded with Distinction is Mrs. Junaline E. Sapariya, while Mr. Jeovane Digal PASSED from the accreditation program.
This brings to seven (7) faculty members of the College of Management, Business and Accountancy of the Cebu Institute of Technology – University as Capital Market Investment Accredited Teachers. The first two accredited investment teachers are Ms. Sarah Fe Sharon L. Gabriel and Ms. Mariza Jortil.

CIT University celebrates the 77th Colors Day 🎉
Also in celebration of the 109th birthday anniversary of Don Rodolfo T. Lizares, Sr., the former President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Cebu Institute of Technology – University, the 77th Colors Day was officially opened.
A Thanksgiving Mass was held to thank God Almighty for the blessings in sustaining the university all through these years. It was followed by a simple opening ceremony that also constituted of the virtual raising of the flags capped by the inspirational message of the present University President, Engr. Bernard Nicolas E. Villamor.
The Colors Day looks back to the early journey of the institution, how each of our programs became an integral part of taking CIT University to the TOP, how former students and now alumni continue the cycle of excellence and give back to their Alma Mater, and how we ought to celebrate the dedicated contribution of the staff and faculty from then and now.
