JOB DESCRIPTION:
- responsible for developing procedures for and managing the Graduate School Library
- develops and organizes the collection using the Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme and MARC format in the Library Management System
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science (BLIS) or equivalent
- Preferably with Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or related field is preferred for Graduate School Librarian and advantageous for other roles
- Must be a Licensed Librarian under Republic Act 9246
- Preferably with professional library experience in reference services.
- Experience in using online databases, integrated library systems, and digital reference tools.
- Good understanding of digital libraries and electronic resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and library-related technologies
