Job Description:
- Assists the Quality Assurance Officer for Administration in the design, delivery and optimization of knowledge infrastructure to capture, document and maintain knowledge assets to drive accessibility of information in the organization and facilitate replication of key activities and shared best practices of strategic initiatives to drive being a knowledge-centric organization
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in knowledge management, capacity development, or related field
- Knowledge in developing and implementing capacity building programs;
- Proficiency in preparing reports including reviews, analyses and recommendations; and
- Excellent skills in using analytics to evaluate and enhance the impact, engagement, functionality and effectiveness of KM strategy
