6th Commencement Exercises of CIT-U’s Senior High School
On July 14, 2023, CIT University, as a top university in Cebu, celebrated its 6th Commencement Rites for the Senior High School Department. A procession of students with their maroon togas and gold academic regalia sashes took place. With each glide comes pride, determination, and dedication as they conquered the voyage of their Senior High School academia. The commencement rites do not only celebrate the students’ journey but as well as commemorate. As they shift their tassels, it commemorated a significant triumph from SHS students to SHS graduates. This is yet another beginning of an end chapter for their dreams and success, and the CIT-U community is proud as ever. Congratulations, graduates! All hail!
CIT University 13th Conferment Day
On the 7th day of July 2010, Cebu Institute of Technology achieved a significant milestone by being officially conferred the status of university. This milestone not only fostered and solidified the culture of excellence of CIT but also manifested its goals to produce industry preferred professionals who contribute to society both locally and internationally. As a top university who marked its 13th Conferment Day, the university had its State of the University Address (SOUNA) delivered by Engr. Bernard Nicolas E. Villamor the university’s top executive, and subsequently blessed its celebration with a Thanksgiving Mass. The State of the University Address highlighted the overview of the institution’s current status, achievements, progress, challenges, and the future direction for the academe. It has also been an opportunity to reinforce its commitment of manifesto to maintain its culture of excellence and, at the same time, transcend into new dimensions with infinite possibilities.
