|Graduates from the MBA program are expected to attain or achieve the following Program Educational Objectives within approximately five (5) years after graduation
|Program Outcomes are to be attained during and up to the end program
|Marked competence in both business management theories and concepts on the one hand, and ability to apply business management principles and experiential learning into practicable workplace solutions, employing eclectic knowledge to achieve optimal effectiveness
|Demonstrates the ability to conceptualize and intellectualize postulates and theories and contribute knowledge to management/ business administration profession and high functionality as management and business professionals or academics who can prepare, analyze & evaluate reports, proposals & concept papers, feasibility studies, business plans, research papers and others and in general, apply the principles of management to workplace situations
|Demonstrates the ability to access, retrieve and disseminate information and expand their business, management, and general knowledge though global connectivity through the use of state of the art facilities brought about by information technology
|Observable proficiency in English communication
|Conveys ideas fluently and clearly evident of scholarship and higher learning, both in oral & written English, and apply the principles of the different forms of communication
|Ability to perform business research and apply the knowledge obtained from research to workplace problems and situations
|Demonstrates research capabilities and produce research publications and/or outputs that are internationally accepted; and applies knowledge obtained from research on work situations.
