Just a month ago, the entire CIT-U community erupted in jubilation as news broke of Sly being crowned the TOP Performer at the Hack4Gov Finals 2023, a Capture-the-Flag Competition held in Sta. Cruz, Manila. Competing against some of the brightest minds from across the nation, Sly’s triumph not only highlighted his prowess but also showcased the quality of education and training at CIT-U.
