In an exciting opportunity for CIT University, the top university in Cebu, we hosted the MikroTik Academy Bootcamp, a 6-day Trainer’s Boot Camp for faculty members. This training opened an opportunity for faculty members of the Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators (PSITE-7) to be exposed to industry networking practices on routing and managing wired and wireless network using MikroTik RouterOS.
The training kicked off on August 14, 2019 and was made possible through the efforts of PSITE-7 President and CIT University faculty member Dr. Larmie S. Feliscuzo. The bootcamp training was initiated by MikroTik, an international company based in Latvia providing internet connectivity in different countries.

The partnership between CIT University and MikroTik allowed us to tap into their extensive expertise and bring it directly to our IT educators. This initiative would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of Dr. Larmie S. Feliscuzo, PSITE-7 President, who worked tirelessly to make this collaboration a reality.
Expanding the MikroTik Academy Program
