Doctor of Philosophy in Management, Doctor in Business Administration, Doctor in Public Administration

  • MBS, MSBA, MM (for the DBA program); MPA (for the DPA Program); or any related master's degree
  • Master's thesis or an equivalent bridge program
  • General weighted average of 3.5 (80%) or better
  • Two (2) letters of recommendation from prominent community members, employers, or former professors
  • Informative Copy of Transcript of Records
  • Certificate of Transfer Credentials

  • Evidence of at least 3 years of work experience in teaching, educational administration, research work, internal or external consultancy, or in a top management position (for Doctor of Philosophy in Management only)

Doctor in Information Technology

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Proof of CS/IT-related Research Project Experience
  • General weighted average of 3.5 (80%) or better

  • One (1) page essay highlighting applicant's reasons for taking DIT and applicant's research interest/experience

  • Diploma is required for student applicant who will pursue graduate studies (authenticated of the Philippine Embassy)
  • Five (5) copies of 2x2 colored picture with white background
  • Notarized affidavit of support (proof of adequate financial support to cover expenses for student's accommodation and subsistence, school dues, and other incidental expenses and bank statement).
  • Police clearance certificate issued by the national police authorities in the student's country of origin or legal residence.

Transferee
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Original Passport with stamp 9 (f) Visa and I-CARD
  • Informative copy of Transcript of Records
  • Certificate of Transfer Credential
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Approved CHED endorsement
  • Five (5) copies of 2x2 colored picture with white background
  • An original copy of Notice of Acceptance (NOA) and Notarized written endorsement for the (BI) from the University for the conversion of the applicant status will be issued by the Registrar's Office after the student applicant has completed the required documents.
  • Bureau of Immigration (BI) Clearance Certificate.
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) indicating the student's Visa status.

For Immigrants, permanent residents, foreign, diplomats and personnel of consular mission residing in the Philippines, holders of Special Investor's Residents Visa (SIRV), and Special Retiree's Resident Visa (SRRV) must submit a verified copy of their ACR.

Additional Requirements:
  1. Personal appearance; no proxy application
  2. Original Passport valid not than six months beyond intended period of stay in the Philippines.
  3. An English Proficiency exam such as TOEFL/IELTS is required for Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree Program except those coming from English Speaking countries. Passing cut off for TOEFL/ IELTS is a total score of 64 while for IELTS is a band of 5. Moreover, the validity of TOEFL/ IELTS result is two years.

After the submission of application, wait for the confirmation that will be sent through the applicant portal within 3 working days. This message confirms whether you will proceed to enrollment or take an entrance examination instead.

The application fee is at Php1,000.00 (non-refundable)
NOTE: Application submitted after office hours, weekends, and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

When instructed, pay the enrollment fee of Php1,000.00. Payment may be done online through Dragon Pay (via WITS) or onsite (cash, credit card or QRPh-Maya).
NOTE: Once payment is credited, the student portal https://student.cituwits.com/  displays your enrollment confirmation message, study load, and Learning Management System account. For returnees, email to eto@cit.edu the following details: full name, ID number (if available), program, and year level.

Payment Reminders:

  • Enrollment fees successfully paid through Dragon Pay via WITS shall be posted real-time. Payments are subject to P20.00 transaction fee and available to all Dragon Pay partners except e-wallets.

Submit your admission requirements to the Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS) located on the Ground Floor of the RTL Building.

Complete Registration Information
Fill out the required registration information at the OAS.

Course Encoding / Block Section Assignment
Proceed to the Enrollment Technical Office (ETO) located at the RTL Building for the encoding of courses and block section assignment.

Pay the Required Fees
Pay the application and enrollment fees at the Finance and Accounting Office.

Process Student ID
Proceed to the ETO to process your Student ID.

Transferees

1

Submit Admission Requirements
Submit your admission requirements to the Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS) located on the Ground Floor of the RTL Building.

Complete Registration Information
Fill out the required registration information at the OAS.

Pay the Application Fee
Proceed with the payment of the application fee at the Finance and Accounting Office.

Take the Entrance Examination
Take the scheduled entrance examination.
Note: Examination results will be released at the OAS.

Proceed to your College/Department for evaluation.
