JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitoring workflows of the three areas in the department: Social Sciences, Humanities, and Psychology
- Administrative duties and responsibilities: Document Management, Keeping and updating
- Other related activities request by the chair and coordinators
- Liaison Works
- Administrative Functions
- Documentation and organizing of data
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least four-year course with computer knowledge
- Experience in documenting, organizing and working with multiple office workflows
- Candidate must have good communication skills
- Has an ability working with multiple office workflows
- Has basic knowledge about Research, Community engagement
