JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure reliable operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning and electro-mechanical systems across campus facilities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in HVAC systems to minimize downtime and ensure comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and reports for all AC units and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and institutional policies in all maintenance activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Vocational or Technical course in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning, or related field.
- TESDA NC II/NC III certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing is an advantage.
- Additional training in Electro-Mechanical Systems or HVAC Operation and Maintenance is an advantage.
- Awareness of occupational safety standards (OSHA, DOLE-OSH, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC system maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Background in handling both window-type, split-type, and centralized AC systems.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with operating tools, testing instruments, and maintenance management systems.
