- Supports the faculty in managing laboratory courses for Hospitality and Tourism Management
Job Qualifications:
- BSHM or BSTM graduate
- Preferably with experience in a laboratory or educational setting
- Proficiency with hospitality and tourism laboratory equipment
- Strong skills for interacting with students, faculty and staff.
- Strong skills in managing lab schedules, inventory and equipment maintenance
- Preferably with training or certification in food safety and hygiene
- Proficient in simulations, demonstrations and record-keeping
